Elizabeth Tully, MD, FAPA

Dr. Elizabeth Tully is the KDHCD Interim Psychiatry Program Director and Medical Director of Psychiatry for the KDHCD Rural Clinics. She is board certified in both Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry, and certified by the APA in Psychology and a Master of Science in Biology from Wayne State University, Detroit. She has served as an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology for many years. Dr. Tully is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Her research focus is early psychosis, prevention and intervention. Dr. Tully completed a National Institutes of Mental Health research fellowship in prodromal psychosis at Yale University in 2005. She is a member of the International Early Psychosis Association.
