The spinal cord injury program at Kaweah Delta includes both inpatient and outpatient care and is designed to provide a comprehensive, whole-body approach to improve quality of life. The focus of rehabilitation for spinal cord injuries is activities of daily living including: 

• Grooming, hygiene, dress, etc. 
• Walking, wheelchair management 
• Getting in and out of beds, chairs, etc. 
• Emotional support 
• Community resources 
• Bowel and bladder re-training
