Clinics provide a local setting for comprehensive
screening, evaluation and follow-up and
are coordinated with physician specialists from Children’s Hospital of Central
California located in Madera, California.
Spina Bifida, Cleft Palate and High Risk Infant
Follow-up Clinics are California
Children Services Special Care Centers which provide multi-disciplinary
clinical service. Clinic provides nursing assessments, physical therapy, speech
therapy, medical social service and dietician consultations as well as
physician treatment and evaluations.
Case management including coordination and scheduling individual patient
referrals. Clinic is staffed Children’s Hospital of Central California physicians
as well as local specialty physicians so patient’s can be seen in a more
convenient location reducing travel time.
Gastroenterology Clinic is coordinated with physician specialist affiliated
with Kaweah Delta Rural Health Clinic and supported by a pediatric dietician.
Synagis Clinic is
seasonal (Nov. - April) and provides injections to infants at risk for Respiratory
Syncytial Virus (RSV) and who meet the current established guidelines.
Patients are seen by Physician/Primary
Care Provider referral only. Clinic staff is available as a service to our customers
to check insurance benefits and assist in obtaining insurance authorizations.
